Cheese Mold Ring with strawberry preserves image

This is great for parties and holidays.Easy to make. Serve with ritz crackers

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound(s) bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
1 pound(s) grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 bunch(es) green onions chopped (white and green stems)
1 cup(s) chopped pecans
2 cup(s) mayonaise (do not use salad dressing)
1 jar(s) strawberry preserves

Steps:

  • Mix first five ingredients,mix well and put in a sprayed mold to chill. After ring is chilled,turn out on platter and put some perserves on top of ring and the rest in the middle.
