Cheese Crisps image

Number Of Ingredients 5

Frozen-butter pastry dough (prepared according to recipe, sugar omitted)
1 egg, beaten
cayenne pepper
sharp cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Brush the dough with beaten egg, then top it with a cayenne-spiked mixture of sharp Cheddar and Parmesan. (You could substitute poppy or sesame seeds.) Cut into strips and put on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes.
