1 Pkg Filo Dough
2 Cubes butter, clarified
3/4 lb Jack Cheese, grated
3 oz Cream Cheese
3/4 C Large curd Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs

Steps:

  • Mix eggs and all cheese until creamy and easy to spread. Butter pan or tray. Place 1/2 pkg of FIlo dough in pan buttering every two sheets. Place all of filling into pan and spread evenly. Place second 1/2 of Filo dough into pay, again buttering every two layers. Cut 24 squares. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Re-cut squares.
