Cheese and Pinapple Salad image

This is a favorite of our ladies lunch group and really quite easy...enjoy!!

Categories     Gelatin Salads

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can(s) crushed pinapple
1 c sugar
1 box lemon jello
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c chopped nuts
1/2 pt whipping cream

Steps:

  • 1. Boil the 1 cup sugar and can pineapple together for 5 minutes..set aside
  • 2. Dissolve the small lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water..set aside until half jelled..add pineapple ..1 cup shredded cheese and 1 cup nuts Beat 1/2 pint cream and fold into first mixture..pour into mold and chill.......
