- 1. Sprinkle the cheeses into the pie shell. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and cream until blended. Stir in herbs. Pour over top of cheese.
- 2. In a preheated 400º oven, bake on a lower rack for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 3. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
