Cheddar Nut Bread image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 c biscuit mix
1/2 c grated sharp cheddar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 c evaporated milk
1/2 c water
1/2 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
  • 2. Combine egg, milk and water; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  • 3. Stir in pecans.
  • 4. Spoon batter into a lightly greased loafpan.
  • 5. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
