Cheddar-Mushroom Macaroni image

Another great recipe from M.S. Russell. From our recipe swap. This sounds so simple, but it is so good. My family loves it.... Thank you so much Mrs. Russell...

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 - 7 oz. can sliced mushrooms - drained
1 medium onion - finely chopped
1 - 2 oz. can diced pimento - drained
4 cup(s) cooked - elbow macaroni
1 clove(s) garlic - crushed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients. Mix well.
  • Stir in the cooked pasta and the garlic.
  • Transfer to a gresed 2 1/2 quart baking sish.
  • Cover and bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
