Cauliflower, 2 medium heads
Milk, 1/3 cup
Fresh Rosemary, 1 Tbsp minced
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Sharp cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded

Steps:

  • Cook 2 medium heads cauliflower broken into florets in 1 inch boiling water until tender. Drain; mash with 1/3 cup milk, 1 Tbsp. minces fresh rosemary and 1/2 tsp. salt. Stir in 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
