Steps:
- Heat oven to 350*. In medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add onion and peppers; cook until tender. Remove from heat. In large bowl, combine remaining melted butter, eggs and sour cream. Whisk together until smooth. Stir in corn, corn meal, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and onion mixture. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes or until center is set.
