Steps:
- Puree chillies in blender (including seeds).
- Transfer to saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir over low-medium heat until sugar dissovles.
- Place relish into sterlised jar, or dip bowl.
- Increase qty of herbs if using fresh.
