CHAMPAGNE VINEGARETTE SALAD DRESSING image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 each shallot -- Quartered
1 small Garlic clove -- pressed
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons sugar/or spenda equivalent
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 dash freshly ground white pepper
1/2 cup Champagne vinegar
1 1/2 cups Canola oil (or olive oil will do)

Steps:

  • Mix all of the above mentioned salad dressing ingredients in a blender adding the canola oil slowly at the very end.* 1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to meld the ingredients. Pour over salad ingredients. *Mix all ingredients a day ahead and store in covered jar. Keeps very well.
