Chafing Dish Crab Dip image

1 pound fresh backfin crabmeat, picked
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons horseradish
dash hot pepper sauce
salt and white pepper to taste
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sherry /wine
pinch seafood seasoning
dash paprika
toasted almonds
crackers

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except almonds and crackers. Bake at 375° for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, and serve in chafing dish with crackers.
