Celery Au Gratin image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2.000 cups celery, cut into 1-inch slices
0.500 cup beef broth
2.000 eggs yolk
1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste
2.000 tablespoons grated Romano cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Boil celery until tender. Drain thoroughly. 2. Place the slices in an ovenproof dish. Mix broth and egg yolk with a whisk. Add seasonings. Pour over celery and sprinkle with cheese. 3. Place under broiler until browned.
