Cauliflower Mash image

This is a different way to add veggies to your meal. Very healthy, and you can add or subtract seasonings as desired. We prefer this over regular mashed potatoes.

1 bunch(es) cauliflower, cooked
1 tablespoon(s) butter
dash(es) salt and pepper
- cheddar cheese as desired

Steps:

  • Boil cauliflower as you would potatoes. Drain, add seasoning, and mash. Add cheddar cheese if desired.
