Catalina Chicken Salad image

3/4 pound chicken tenders, cut into strips
1 cup Catalina dressing, divided
1 (10-ounce) package salad greens
10 - 12 strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Cook chicken in 1/4 of the dressing in medium skillet on medium heat 8-10 minutes till cooked; cool slightly. Toss with greens, strawberries, and almonds in a salad bowl. Drizzle with remaining dressing and toss again.
