Cashew Chicken Salad Spread image

You wont believe how fast this spread goes when you use it as a spread on your favorite crackers bread rounds or use as a sandwich spread on bread or pita with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 1/4 oz use 2 cans)! underwood or other chicken spread- deli brand good for this
1/2 c cashews, chopped
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp honey

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill, covered about 30 minutes. Serve on your favorite crackers or pretzels, or bread or place in tortilla with lettuce and diced tomato and roll up. Very good.
