CARROTS WITH DILL BUTTER image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 16-ounce (3 1/2 cups) baby carrots
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, cook carrots in a small amount of boiling water for about 10 minutes or till crisp-tender, drain. Stir butter, dill, lemon juice and salt and pepper into carrots. Toss lightly.
