CAROLS CREAMSICLE CHEESECAKE [NO-BAKE] image

I LOVE ANYTHING WITH CITRUS AND CREAM CHEESE. A VERY EASY NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE.

1 large graham cracker pie crust, large
- pie filling:
12 ounce(s) cream cheese, room temperature-[1 1/2 pkgs.] - [can use low-fat]
1/2 cup(s) sugar - [or splenda]
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 - 8 oz. cool whip - [may use low-fat]
- creamsicle topping:
1 package(s) orange jello, small [i use sugar-free]
1 1/2 cup(s) boiling water
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cool whip - [may use fat-free]

Steps:

  • CREAM TOGETHER THE CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR AND LEMON JUICE UNTIL FLUFFY.
  • BEAT IN THE COOL WHIP.
  • POUR INTO THE PIE CRUST.
  • CREAMSICLE TOPPING:
  • WHISK THE ORANGE JELLO INTO THE BOILING WATER UNTIL DISOLVED, ABOUT 2 MINUTES.
  • COOL JELLO ON THE COUNTER FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
  • WHISK IN THE COOL WHIP, UNTIL COMPLETELY COMBINED.
  • POUR THIS OVER THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING.
  • THEN COOL IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 4-6 HOURS.
  • NOTE: YOU MAY PIPE ADDITIONAL COOL WHIP AROUND THE EDGE OF THE PIE.
