Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in a 12" sauté pan.
- Cover, set on the lowest heat on the smallest burner for 1 hour.
- Flip pork, braise for another hour.
- Flip pork, uncover, and braise for a 3rd hour.
- Shred pork in pan on the burner in all of it's juices.
