Steps:
- Grill Carne Asada Autentica on high heat, about 3 minutes each side. Remove from grill and allow to rest for about 5 minutes, then slice across the grain. On each plate, arrange lettuce, sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese, drizzle 1 tablespoon of Cilantro Dressing, place carne asada slices and top with avocado. Dollop 1 tablespoon of sour cream over the top and serve with a side of salsa. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
