These are really one of my favorites. There was a restaurant in Marin County that served soup and sandwiches and this was one of their specialties. It's long since closed but the sandwich lives on!

Steps:
- 1. Slice sourdough roll in half.
- 2. Spread both halves with Thousand Island Dressing.
- 3. Cook pepperoni in microwave on multiple paper towels to absorb fat for about 2 minutes or until crispy.
- 4. Layer cooked pepperoni, tomato slices, sliced olives, and top with swiss cheese slices.
- 5. Broil until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Enjoy!
