CAPPUCCINO FUDGE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 tablespoon boiling water
1 tablespoon instant espresso
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
5 oz. can (2/3 cup) evaporated milk
7 oz jar (2 cups)marshmallow creme (fluff)
12 oz. pkg. (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Line 9 inch square or a 13x9 inch pan with foil so that the foil extends over sides of pan;butter or Pam the foil. In a small bowl combine boiling water, instant espresso, cinnamon and vanilla; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, butter and evaporated milk. bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 mins.over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow creme, coffee-cinnamonn mixture.stir then add chocolate.Blend until smooth. Pour into foil-lined pan. Cool. Lift fudge from pan using foil and remove foil. Cut into desired size pieces and serve.
