4 large sweet potatoes, cooked and halved
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Steps:

  • Place potatoes in greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.
  • Blend butter, honey, orange juice, salt and cornstarch.
  • Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Pour over potatoes.
  • Bake at 450 degree for 10 minutes.
