1/2 Cup Picante Sauce
2 Cups Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 Drops Red Pepper Sauce
1 Clove Pressed Garlic
1 Teaspoon Dijon-style Mustard
Veggie Sticks

Steps:

  • Place Picante Sauce in bottom of blender. Add remaining ingredients except vegetables; blend until smooth. Refrigerate a few hours before serving with veggie sticks.
