Number Of Ingredients 11

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups mashed bananas
1 (15-ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 cup nuts

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients by hand until well blended. Pour into a large greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
