Cake Mix Lemon Cookies Recipe - (4.5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration

Steps:

  • Oven 375-Pour cake mix in lg bowl. Stir in eggs, oil&lemon extract until well blended. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough in a bowl of confectioners'sugar Roll around til lightly covered. Once sugared, put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 9 min. The bottoms will be light brown,&insides chewy. Can use Orange cake mix and orange extract etc...experiment :)
