Cajun Rub for Deep Fried Turkey image

4 tablespoons kosher salt
4 teaspoons garlic powder
4 teaspoons white pepper
2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Blend above and then rub over the entire turkey. This is enough for 1 (10 to 12) pound turkey.
