Steps:
- Whisk mustard, 2 Tbsp. oil, white wine and honey together for dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature. Toss lettuce, tomatoes and onion together in medium bowl. Divide salad between 2 plates. Combine cayenne pepper, paprika, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder and salt. Rub on chicken. Saute until done. Cool and slice. Mix with salad and dressing.
