CAESAR SALAD DRESSING image

Yield 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 flat anchovies
4 garlic cloves
2 large egg yolks1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 T dijon mustard
1 T red wine vinegar
dash tabasco
dash worcestershire
1 cup olive oil

Steps:

  • in food processor, blend all ingredients except oil until smooth. With motor running, add oil in a slow stream and blend until emulsified. Season dressing with salt and pepper Dressing keeps, covered and chilled, one week.
