3 anchovy fillets, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 pinch salt
1 pinch fresh ground pepper

Steps:

  • Whisk together lemon juice, anchovies, garlic, and dijon. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
