This is my own quick and easy recipe for a very moist, buttery baked salmon. It is lightly flavored with Old Bay seasoning, a touch of lemon and garlic and herbs. Don't shy away from trying this because of the amount of butter used. Most of the butter remains in the pan. I serve it with a baked potato, romaine salad and cheddar chive biscuits. Simply delicious. Also, there is almost no clean-up!

- Stir in Old Bay, garlic & herb seasoning, lemon juice and sea salt; set aside.
- Place salmon portions on prepared baking sheet.
- Spoon or pour melted butter mixture over salmon, turning each piece to evenly coat with the butter.
- Sprinkle each with a grind of black pepper, if desired (recommended.)
- Place on middle rack of preheated oven; bake at 425ºF for approximately 11-13 minutes, until no longer dark pink in the center and flakes easily. Do not overcook.

- Garnish as desired. Serve immediately. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
