Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (6-ounce) package butterscotch chips
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butterscotch chips and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of mixture firmly into bottom of 9x13-inch pan. In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, vanilla, and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
