Oh how I love Butterscotch and Oatmeal cookies,I just took a VACA to Nebraska so my family could meet my newest addition Abigail Jane, and I'm a mom that loves to save money, especially when we are about to travel 4 states and 3 men in the car! I made cookies this trip, and boy oh boy am I glad I did, these guys where super hungry and loved the home cooked snacks verses the store bought processed foods. They even saved me a cookie, how sweet LOL ;0) Enjoy !
