Butterfly Martini image

2 ounces gin, such as Bombay Sapphire
1 ounce elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
1/4 ounce creme de violette liqueur
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1/4 ounce hibiscus rose syrup
1 edible flower, for garnish

Steps:

  • Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, creme de violette liqueur, simple syrup and hibiscus rose syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for a minute, then pour into a martini glass. Float an edible flower in the glass and serve.
