Butter Pecan Coconut Cake Recipe image

Cake:
1 pkg Betty Crocker Butter Pecan Cake Mix
1 container Coconut Pecan Icing
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
Topping:
Canned chocolate frosting or chocolate sundae syrup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease and flour bottom and sides of bundt or tube pan Sprinkle pecans around bottom of bundt pan Blend cake mix, eggs, milk and oil together for 30 seconds Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes Fold can of icing into batter Put mixed ingredients into pan and bake for at least 45 minutes - it may take morel Don't take out until toothpick is clean After cake is cooled, you may spread with chocolate frosting or drizzle sundae syrup if desired
