BUTTER CHEWS
Steps:
- Mix cake mix, 1 egg, and butter with a fork. Press into greesed 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. With mixer, blend cream cheese, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. of powdered sugar. Pour over bottom layer in pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Cool for one hour. Sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar.
