Steps:
- 1. Shape 3 lbs. ground round into meatballs about 1 1/4" in diameter. Saute in butter in skillet heated to 350. Transfer to large platter. In skillet, cook 2 pkg. onion soup mix (dehydrated) according to directions on package, but use half of the water recommended. When onions are soft, return browned meatballs to skillet and set on buffet. Serve with toothpicks. Source: My Old Recipes
