Salmon
Panko
Franks
Butter

Steps:

  • - Preheat oven to 375/400 (depending on how thick the fish is) - Season salmon with salt and pepper - Heat small sauce pan with Frank and a knob of butter - Reduce sauce until it's thicker. Want it to stick on the salmon when you brush it on. - Brush it on liberally. - Panko breadcrumbs in bowl with a little bit of oil. Season Panko. - Crust the fish - Done in probably around 15 - 20 minutes
