Steps:
- Saute onion and garlic in dutch oven. Add in sweet pepper. Once translucent, add in all other spices with exception of sweetener. Once blended, add can of tomatoes with all juices. Cook over medium heat until juices reduce. Stir in water, tomato paste, and Stevia, continue cooking. After 20 minutes, add in drained beans. Stir and cook. Continue adding water to get choice consistency. Serve when hungry!
