Buffalo Chicken & Rice Skillet image

This Buffalo chicken-inspired dish is sure to be a game night favorite!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (5.6 ounce) package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons cayenne hot sauce, or more to taste
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Steps:

  • Melt Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Add 2 cups water, Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken flavor, carrots and celery to same skillet and prepare according to package directions.
  • Stir in chicken and hot sauce. Serve sprinkled with blue cheese and, if desired, additional chopped celery.
