Buffalo Cheese Ball image

Serve up a big cheese ball Buffalo-style-with cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery and a bit of hot sauce.

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) KRAFT Natural Blue Cheese Crumbles
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and blue cheese with mixer until blended. Add celery and hot sauce; mix well.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • Shape into ball; roll in nuts until evenly coated.
