Brownie Cookies From Jiffy Box Mix Recipe by Tasty image

Here's what you need: jiffy brownie mix, egg, salt, vanilla extract, instant coffee, melted butter, brandy

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box jiffy brownie mix, 8 ounce (225 G)
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon instant coffee
½ teaspoon melted butter
½ teaspoon brandy

Steps:

  • Mix the brownie mix, egg, instant coffee, vanilla, melted butter, and salt together
  • until everything is completely incorporated.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place tablespoon-size drops of cookie batter onto parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 15-18 minutes, depending on your oven heat.
  • Remove from parchment and place on a cookie rack to cool.
  • Serve.
