Steps:
- Remove skin from salmon and cut into portions. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the brown sugar, butter and honey together in a small saucepan until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the olive oil, mustard and soy sauce and mix well. Line a baking pan with foil and brush the bottom with a small amount of the brown sugar mixture.
- Lay the salmon into the pan and brushe the remaining mixture on the top. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes and serve
