Steps:
- 1. Let fish thaw then place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- 2. Mix melted butter and lemon juice together. Spread over each filet with a brush or spoon.
- 3. Set oven temperature to broil and insert the baking sheet. After two minutes, pull out the baking sheet and turn over filets. Baste with lemon butter. Re-insert into the oven and broil until tender and flaky.
