Broiled Greek Fish Fillets image

1 small red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
8 tilapia fillets (4 ounces each)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup pitted Greek olives, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler. Mix first 7 ingredients., Place tilapia on a 15x10x1-in. pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread onion mixture down center of fillets; top with cheese and olives., Broil 3-4 in. from heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 6-9 minutes.
