Did you ever have an ice cream drumstick when you were a kid ? Well this tastes like those from way back. Not like the ones they have today. Try these and let me know what you think of these. My family and friends love these. Hope you do too!

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 c vanilla cookie wafers, crushed
1/2 c chopped peanuts or other nuts
1/2 c melted margarine
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c powdered sugar
1/3 c peanut butter,creamy or chunky
2 c thawed whipped topping
2 pkg 3 oz. each instant chocolate pudding
3 c cold milk
2 c thawed whipped topping
1/2 c chopped peanuts
1 chocolate bar,shaved

Steps:

  • 1. Combine wafers,peanuts and melted butter. Pat in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350^ oven for 10-15 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese,powdered sugar and peanut butter and fold in 2 c. whipped topping. Spread on wafer crust. Mix together puddings and milk and spread carefully on top of peanut butter mixture. Spread the remaining 2 cups of whipped topping over all. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and shaved chocolate. Freeze.
