Broiled Ginger Chicken image

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
5/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Flatten the chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.
  • 2. Place on a broiler pan rack.
  • 3. Broil for 3 minutes on each side.
  • 4. Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger and cayenne; brush over chicken.
  • 5. Broil 2-3 minutes longer on each side or until juices run clear.
