Broccoli,Potato,Swiss Casserole image

This simple combination of flavors, makes for a perfect side dish.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg broccoli, frozen
2 medium potatoes,peeled and diced small
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 c swiss cheese, shredded
1 c heavy cream
salt/pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Defrost broccoli, in a large bowl combine all ingredients.
  • 2. spray a baking dish with oil.
  • 3. pour mixture in, cover with foil and bake at 350 degree for 40 mins...remove foil and bake another 5 mins or until brown. DELICIOUS
