8 oz frozen broccoli florets
1 c frozen sliced carrots
4 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ginger (fresh is better if you can get it otherwise powder is fine)
2 Tbsp olive oil (separate)
1/4 c soy sauce (low sodium works well)

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare pasta as per package directions, drain and set aside.
