Broccoli Salad image

Just asked a Kid who don't eat Broccoli!

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 bunch broccoli florets
1 onion finely chopped
200 g mild cheddar cheese chopped in 1/2 inch cubes
250 g ham choped in 1/2 inch cubes
1 c mayonnaise, fat-free
100 ml sweetened condensed milk
cooked water to cover brocolli florets

Steps:

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, pour cooked water over broccoli until covered and let stand for 10 minutes. Transfer to colander and rince under cold water for a few minutes. Let stand to drain. In a mixing bowl, combine the Ham, Cheese and Onion and add the florets. Mix the Mayonaise and condensed milk together and ad to salad 5 minutes before serving. Toss to coat. Arrange on salad bowl and serve.
